Wander works with a small number of producers and providers around the Scenic Rim. Most of the names aren't the ones you'd find in a tourist brochure, these are the ones we'd actually put in front of a friend. A few things worth knowing, before adding anything.
Everything you'd reasonably ask before booking. For anything else contact the Wander team are on the phone, not a chatbot.
How can I book?
You are able to book these experiences either with your accommodation, or closer to your stay. Once you've selected which experiences you want, click Reserve and follow the booking prompts. We recommed booking your accommodation first either way so you know your dates are confirmed before booking.
Can you cater to dietary requirements?
Unfortunately we can not cater to dietary requirements as we work with multiple suppliers and producers. We apologies if this means the food and beverage options are not suitable.
Who runs these experiences?
Our experiences are via third-party providers and operators from the region. Availability for some experiences will need to be confirmed by the operator and you will receive notification from them. For any issues or questions you will be able to contact the experience provider directly.
Can I add something after I've already booked?
Yes you can. The best way to do this is via the link you receive in your accommodation booking confirmation email.
Is there a cut-off before arrival?
Yes there is. To give our team and partners time to prepare, most experiences have a 5 day cut off before your arrival. For the best availability, its best to book your experiences as soon as you have your accommodation confirmed. Please check each experience for individual cut off dates.
What if I need to change or cancel?
Each experience has it own policy for changes or cancellations. Please see each experience link for more details.
Will everything be ready when I arrive?
Yes. If you have booked a pantry box or local wine selection, the produce will be waiting in your pod on arrival.
Are prices shown per person, per pod, or per stay?
Please refer to the description for each experience for how its charged.
Is the cost of an add-on included in my booking total, or paid separately?
If you have booked an Inclusive rate, your pantry box is already included in your rate. If you want to add on the pantry box closer to your arrival date, this will be need to be paid separately.
